Exhibition Booth Cost in the USA (2026): Price per Sq Ft & What's Included
Every week we get the same first question from US exhibitors: "What will my booth actually cost?" Below is the transparent 2026 pricing we quote at AAPEX, SupplySide West, WEFTEC, SPIE Photonics West and the National Hardware Show — with no agency mark-up and no surprises on the show floor.
2026 US booth pricing per square foot
For a turnkey custom-built booth delivered by Stagehook Global in the USA, exhibitors should budget USD 95–160 per square foot for a 10×20 (200 sq ft) inline, USD 120–190 per sq ft for a 20×20 island, and USD 150–260 per sq ft for 30×30 and larger hero islands with double-deck or heavy AV. Rental modular systems with custom graphics typically land at USD 55–95 per sq ft.
A 100 sq ft inline (like the KYB stand we built at AAPEX Las Vegas) is therefore USD 9,500–16,000 all-in. A 160 sq ft island like PRINOVA at SupplySide West sits around USD 19,000–30,000, and a 256 sq ft medical hero stand like the BRACCO build runs USD 38,000–66,000 depending on finishes.
What the price includes (and what it never does)
Our US quotes include 3D design and revisions, structure fabrication, printed graphics, standard lighting, flooring, furniture, freight to the hall, installation, show-time standby and dismantle. They never include the floor-space fee you pay the organiser, electrical drops ordered via the show's exclusive contractor, drayage/material handling charged by the GC, or rigging for hanging signs.
- Organiser floor space: USD 30–60 per sq ft at most US B2B shows
- Drayage: USD 1.20–2.50 per lb handled by the general contractor
- Electrical: USD 250–900 per drop depending on amperage
- Rigging: USD 1,500–6,000 for hanging signs in Las Vegas halls
- Lead retrieval, Wi-Fi, catering and booth staff
How to cut 20–30% without a smaller booth
Reuse a core structure across two or three shows a year (we store it for you between events), replace printed back-walls with a single LED tile wall you can re-skin digitally, lock your design before the early-bird freight deadline, and let us ship from our Las Vegas workshop rather than from overseas. A 20×20 island reused across AAPEX, SupplySide West and the National Hardware Show typically saves 28% versus three single-use builds.
Why US exhibitors choose Stagehook Global

One project manager, one invoice, 3D renders in 72 hours and a fixed price that does not move once you sign.
FAQ
How much does a 10×10 trade show booth cost in the USA?
A turnkey custom 10×10 (100 sq ft) booth costs USD 9,500–16,000 in 2026 including design, fabrication, graphics, install and dismantle. A rental modular 10×10 with custom graphics costs USD 5,500–9,500.
How much does a 20×20 island booth cost?
A 20×20 (400 sq ft) custom island booth in the USA typically costs USD 48,000–76,000 all-in. Reusing the structure for a second show reduces the second-show cost to roughly 40% of the first.
Is renting cheaper than buying a booth?
Renting is cheaper for a single show. If you exhibit at two or more US shows per year, a custom-owned structure that we store and refurbish is usually cheaper by the second show.
